Brand strategy and identity
The new Liverpool Science Park brand strategy was designed to focus on its key USP, the connectivity of the park:
A new modern, forward-looking brand identity was created with colour palette, font set and style guide.
Website platform
We created a fully-responsive website that embodied the values of the organisation and directly impacted their wider strategic goals.
The new design focused on presenting the key selling points of the park and prompted user towards the call-to-action buttons and forms.
The new design ensured all key audiences were considered, including existing tenants, who were provided with clear direction to the new tenant portal.

Tenant portal
Tenant portal
The tenant portal was created to maximise tenant retention by adding new channels of communication and by streamlining park management processes.
The platform allows tenants to perform a wide variety of tasks, including booking meeting rooms, booking visitor car parking spaces and reporting fault and request repairs.
To date the new portal is credited with saving the Liverpool Science Park team dozens of man hours per year.

“Elephant Digital are a great bunch to work with! What impressed me most was the time they took to fully understand our challenges, and to create a tangible plan to reinvigorate our brand and digital marketing strategy. Our main objective was to target and generate new business enquiries for the park. This project has greatly assisted in achieving these goals.”
