Keoghs Nicholls Lindsell & Harris Solicitors are based in Altringham with offices across the North West. Providing a wide range of legal services, they are a family law firm that embodies their ethos of ‘Traditional Values – Modern Methods’. Founded in 1733, Keoghs Solicitors are on the oldest law firms in the UK (if not the world).

The Brief

Keoghs Solicitors were keen to expand their customer base and needed a new website to provide a more intuitive user experience and to generate more enquiries for the business.

The core objectives of this project were as follows:

  • To encourage greater and improved engagement with the Keoghs brand
  • To generate more new business enquiries about legal services available
  • To create an attractive and impactful website that conveys the brand values to its target audience
  • To provide an improved user experience for website visitors displays content in an intuitive way

Our Process

We took the Keoghs team through our four phase process for the creation of a new website platform – Discovery, Strategy, Design and Launch. Each phase had a clear set of deliverables and a milestone which the client signed off, before proceeding

The project was managed by Phil Birss, our Managing Director and project lead, as a single point of contact throughout the build process. The process was managed using our cloud-based project management system – TeamWork.

Imagery, Photography and Content

The visual impact of the new website was a fundamental outcome stated at the outset. With this in mind, and included in the scope of this project, was a team photoshoot completed onsite with the entire staff compliment. All images were processed, cropped and uploaded to the new website.

We also sourced a new suite of stock imagery to compliment the team photoshoot to create a vibrant and bold new overall look for the brand and for the new website.

Finally, new content was created by our copywriting team for all key sections of the website. This process was managed closely to ensure the client was happy with the quality and consistency of the final copy.

The Outcome

We created a fully-responsive website that embodied the values of the organisation and directly impacted their wider marketing efforts, with an instant increase in the conversion rate of the website.

The new design focuses on presenting the key selling points of the business and prompts user towards call-to-action buttons, key information and contact forms.
