The Brief

CSI Energy Group approached Elephant Digital in 2016 looking for support in launching a new brand and website at a critical time in the development of the business.

A new brand strategy was required to underpin a strategic focus on digital. Key to this project was the design and development of a new website and client portal, used as an important retention tool for existing and prospective customers.

Our Process

We took the CSI management team through the process of designing and building of a new brand, website platform and customer portal.

The project was managed by Phil Birss, our brand strategy lead and Daniel Slater, our digital project manager. The first phase was the creation of a new brand followed by the design of a new website and customer portal.

Outcome #1 - A new corporate brand

The new CSI brand combines several elements chosen to create positive associates with the company. The circle represents continuance and longevity whilst also suggesting the energy, power and size of the sun.

The spiral is traditionally associated with infinity, growth and continual motion. It suggests sustainability and forward-thinking.

Outcome #2 - A new website and portal

The new CSI website brings together the dramatic new brand identity with the credibility and story of the companies history and track record.

The new website is a represents the future of the business, along with the customer portal from which the sales team can use to support the sales process and retain customers.
