Brand Development Process

As a leading branding agency, we have a proven three-stage process for delivering branding projects, with a clear set of deliverables at each stage. The best outcome for a brand creation or rebranding project is to complete all three elements of the process, but each phase can be delivered in isolation, as required. Project Delivery

Your brand creation or rebranding project will be managed by our brand strategy lead, Phil Birss who will act as a dedicated single point of contact throughout the project.

During the discovery phase Phil will create a detailed project plan with clear milestones and actions for all parties to review and agree prior to commencement. The project will be visualised in a gantt style project plan and will be updated as the project progresses.

We follow a ‘Waterfall’ project management methodology to deliver brand and website build projects and use a combination of tools including Basecamp, Trello, MS Project and Google Docs. Client access to these tools will be provided at the outset of the project.
