Elephant Digital are happy to announce that they have won a prestigious contract to redevelop the Sci-Tech Daresbury website and NetworkHub.
The company will be working in close partnership with Langtree as part of the joint-venture company, Sci-tech Daresbury. Sci-Tech Daresbury is one of two National Science and Innovation Campuses established in 2006, (originally named Daresbury Science and Innovation Campus).
In December 2010 a new joint-venture company was created to spearhead the longer-term development of the site. Partners in the JV company are the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC), Halton Borough Council and Langtree, a property developer and investor.
Elephant will be working closely with the team at Langtree to develop a new fully-responsive website that will position the park as a leading technology and innovation centre. The website will support Sci-Tech’s vision to be internationally-recognised for world-class science, innovation and enterprise.
The new website and NetworkHub will improve functionality for existing tenants, and attract new tenants by better showcasing the services and benefits offered by the park.
Phil Birss, Managing Director of Elephant Digital comments:
“This is a landmark win for Elephant Digital. Having previously delivered the website and tenant portal for Liverpool Science park we are delighted to be continuing to support this sector, which does important work in science and development. Sci-tech is a centre with nationally significant projects and we look forward to supporting these initiatives.”
Jo Bedford, Group Head of Marketing for Langtree comments:
“We are delighted to be redeveloping the website at Sci-Tech Daresbury as part of our continued investment in the park. With our partners, Halton Borough Council and the STFC, we are determined to do justice to the fantastic services and features of the park. Working with local suppliers is integral to our ethos and we’re very pleased to have Elephant Digital on board.”
